Transforming Telford

Savills (L&P) Ltd’s Professional Property Team in Telford and Skylens have built up a successful working relationship this year by networking at Telford Business Partnership (TBP) meetings. Their latest project is photographing new Burcot barn conversions near Wrockwardine using the Skylens 26 metres high mast.

Associate Director of Savills Sarah Tyrer said, “ At Savills, one of our specialties is rural development and we were keen to find a reliable photographer who could easily capture our large developments from a considerable height, the bird’s eye view is an ideal way to show our clients the full size of each property.”

Originally a Shropshire Star photographer, Paul Watkins started his business in 1995 to meet the growing needs of the aerial photography market, he added, “ Because of the great height the mast can reach and the nature of commercial and rural properties in which Savills specialise in, we have developed a strong working relationship. Being a member of Telford Business Partnership has certainly had its advantages, I have met like minded professionals who are keen to network and work locally together.”

Savills (L&P) Ltd and Skylens have worked on a number of different projects together including photographing the old WI building at St Georges, which is currently being renovated and internal and external photos for the property particulars at the Savills Telford office.
