Liquid ring vacuum pumps are a single stage block model, suitable to compress gas and vapours in the industrial processes. The main features are:

• able to pump gases and vapours; nearly isothermal compression of gases; no lubricant in contact with pumped gas;
• the pumps must be continuously fed with service liquid, normally water (oil, organic liquids etc. can be used), while working in a sufficient rate to eliminate the heat produced by the compression of gases and to replace any liquid which flows out of the pump together with the gas. The service liquid can be separated from the gas in a liquid separator and can be recirculated either partially or entirely, after intermediate cooling; safe operation and minimum maintenance; reduced noise and vibration.

South London Refurbishments are Builders South London specialising in and Home extensions South London and Home extensions Fulham.

Semi-detached house in Dulwich, SE22 needed extension work, roof repaired with dome lights

South London Refurbishments were called in to a property where the extension work had already commenced but the existing builder had not finished the project and left the property unsafe. 

There was no adequate foundation and roof was constructed in an unprofessional manner where drainage was unacceptable and the overall job was very poor quality.After liaising with our structural engineer, we needed to support the entire back of the house in the first instance and we needed to underpin the back of the house.  The steel work was not adequately fitted which we needed to rectify in the first instance. We had to take the roof off in its entirety and fitted new roof with  dome roof lights.  The concrete floor needed to come up as there was no drainage to the property, reconcrete the new extension in its entirety.

We carried out the relevant electrical and plumbing work to the extension. Once the building was safe and all remedial works carried out we decorated the property to a high standard, fitted oak flooring and skirtings.  At the end of the project, we landscaped the garden and tidied up the shed adjacent to the house.
